This island is manufactured using the highest quality furniture grade hardwoods and MDF.
The Loft island features two deep working drawers and large cabinet with adjustable shelf on one side and blank panel on the reverse.
Drawers are dovetail solid hardwood and are mounted on undermount full extension soft close slides and the cabinet features integrated soft close hinges.
Jeffrey Alexander decorative hardware, 431SN, is included with this item. Similar post, P34, is available in our carved wood collection.
Aged Black finish is applied by hand. Also available in French White.
1-3/4" hard maple edge grain butcher block top sold separately, (ISL10-TOP - 36" x 24")

Stylish design features include a new custom concrete top by Dream Home Supply's Artisans in buyer's choice of color and finish*, framed side and back panels and a antiqued white finish over hardwood solid and engineered wood. Functional elements include two storage drawers and a storage cabinet with four adjustable shelves.
What makes this island really unique is the hidden sliding mechanism connected to the back two shaped and turned posts. The mechanism provides easy mobility and independent movement of the two posts for expansion of the breakfast bar. The 15-1/2-inch breakfast bar extends the top surface from 25-inch to 40-1/2-inch.
Either with the breakfast bar closed or in use, this piece has a polished look by being consistently styled on both the approach and working sides. Easy to assemble. Measures 48-inch width by 25-inch depth by 36-inch height.
The newly fabricated top can also be made to be a fixed top instead of a hinged top. This will be left up to the client at time of purchase.
